It's time, new rear tire.  Parts and pieces all over the garage, doing annual maintenance also. Hoser  Shocked

Hope all is going well. How many miles did you get out of that Dunlop? How did the spline and the pinion cup look? A garage scene like yours is always a goog site.  Smiley

Got a little over 20K on the American elite, put on a slightly used E-3 to use it up.  I will be putting another American elite on when the E-3 is used up.  I usually do this about yearly.  splines are still in good shape.  I have always used waterproof assembly grease.  The pinion is good too, splash holes are clear.  Changed out the final drive fluid also.  This is the 12th time I have done annual maintenance on the fat lady.  121,000 miles since new.  Can't believe I've owned her this long.  Hoser    Grin  cooldude

Looking good, hoser!  Glad you are getting that tire changed.  Looks like lots of TLC going on.

It's always so much more fun doing it on an Interstate with bag rails to boot. Glad I did the quick drop kit yrs ago.

Good job, Hoser!

I'd love to hear about this quick drop kit. I have a Tourer and had a bugger of a time getting the bolts back into the rear fender. Just could not get the bigger bolt holes to line up.

Loosening all of the bolts will make it a lot easier to align the parts, only tightening them when they all are started a few threads.
