search the archives there is a fixe using a fence staple.  I have a box of said staples.  If thats not available in the UK Ill send you a couple.....pm me addy if needed

I broke mine off over 10 years ago.  I used velcro sticky tabs mounted on the frame and in the cover.  Been there ever since, never fell off.  Make sure the rubber grommets are in good shape.
