Kiwi, toss your Valk into the plane and bring it along... You, me and Stude31 can go for a ride  My wife and I plan on coming to see your plane Saturday. Count me in too Rob! I am not sure if the kids want to or not... If not I'll still go. Joe, if your family does go perhaps Kiwi can co-pilot the van to join us at Blind Tiger. |

What no pictures! JDW MT fault for a perfect shot at the end.... JUST as averyone walked away, we got approved to get a group of CAP members photo-op at the nose.... I turned around and everyone was gone... I was going to try to run and find you , but got conscripted into keeping the grtoup together...  |

It was really neat getting to see that big B-17 beast up close.
Sorry we did not re-start the tours... it was a pleasure meeting everyone. Just got home... not a bad flight out considering the rain. tried to bring some of it to Texas, but it evaporated before we landed in Houston...  ( 3 didget temps again... OH, how I miss Topeka. )  BTW, dependin g on how long the days are for your ride in October, If I am availab le, you are welcome to stay and break up the ride for a day and / or night. Ride safe and stay in touch. |
