I have a new headlight BULB I want to install.. is there a trick to remove the small reflector shield that goes over the bulb so I can install the new bulb??

I believe the "shop talk" pages cover headlight removal and reinstall. If not there the Honda service or Clymer service manual cavers it. RIDE SAFE.

Most all headlight bulbs are installed at the back side of the assembly.
If you're thinking to install it at the front, that's probably the wrong way.

Standard/Tourer or IS?
If its a stnd, you just remove the bezel remove and replace bulbs and youre done, no messing with that shield thing

Just a reminder to not touch the bulb when installing. The oil on your fingers creates a hot spot and can ruin the bulb quickly. If you slip and touch it just wipe it off with some rubbing alcohol.
