Does anyone have the cycle table lift from Harbor Freight? It's about half the price of any other lift at $350. I know it's heavy, but can be move out of the way when not using?

I had one briefly a year ago.  I got it around the holidays and there were coupons for like 20% off and it was at a lower price to begin with and I got it for under 250.00 I think.   Anyhow, I did not feel it was all that stable.  My VTX and Valk I/S seemed to be a bit longer than the table and I added a piece of plate up front so I could also place one of their wheel chocks on it.  Didn't like that clamp.  I didn't care for it, it didn't seem to be all that stable to me, and did take up quite a bit of room.  Yes, it can be moved but is a pita in a tight garage.  It was used basically as a parking platform for one of my bikes and a pita to get on and off, especially without the side platforms.   I sold it within 6 months after I got it, but kept the added items (plate and chock which I now use to park one of my bikes in).  I now have 2 Harbor Freight  MC/ATV lifts (jacks) that work fine for me and are much easier to move around (even with a bike on it).  They guy that bought it likes it, but uses it for his "custom choppers" which are obviously much lighter than the VTX or Valk.  IT all depends on your personal preference.....

Steve bought this lift table from Harbour Freight and never had any problems with it. He worked on his Valk, Brians Valk and his CBR with no problems. I have still have it ,after had passed away we just pushed it further back into the garage.

Big BF's got some sort of a portable table that he's bringing to Inzane. Can't remember the brand but he says it's cool. Guess he got tired of climbing around on his hands and knees! laugh

I think Harbor Freight has 2 different widths.   The narrow one you have to walk the bike onto it and my short legs that don't work too well.

The other one , little more expensive, doesn't show up in their ads too much, is wide enough you can ride on and still keep your balance.  I had a LA Chock mounted on mine.  Didn't have to fart around winding the wheel clamp in and out when done..

I got rid of it some time ago...  Hard for me to do maintenance and major work anymore, so I utilize a fellow Iowa VRCC member & my son.....  Both are good tech's on the Valk.

Besides, the guy was in dire need of the table, and had $$$ in hand.   Think they used it twice on their Harley.  They ended up selling the bike and the table to a guy in Oklahoma.........

Opps, this is the attachment I had.

The lift is on wheels and can be rolled around... even with the bike on it.

Smiley I have one - I took the clamp off and added a regular trailer chock, holds the front wheel better, also added side ramps so I can walk a bike up on & off the table - had to weld an extension on the ramp so my lower to ground bikes could make the grade !!!  Roll Eyes

The largest bike I have put on the table so far was a 1200 gold wing Cool - I have not tried putting the Valk on the table yet !!! A little leary about trying to place that big boy on the table by myself.

I can move the table around in the garage easy enough even with a bike on the table.

Not bad for the money - could use some improvements  Cheesy

I may try a different wheel chock some day - one that will hold the bike upright after you roll the front wheel into the chock, I have one on my trailer that works great.  Grin

They are ok-- but I would pay close attention to them.  I have some H/F equipment in my shop and I find the steel isn't all that great.  Welds are ? the bolts that things pivot on are not grade 8.  It will hold up for a while but I would pm it at least twice a year.  When I built my lift I machined out some schedule 80 pipe and pressed bushings in and put zerk fittings to grease everything.  Lift cost me about $150 to build.  It has no trouble even lifting my trike.
