As Tundra has said, Photobucket has made some changes and so has my Computer, without my consent of course, but I am finally able to load some of my pictures into Photobucket so I can put them on the VRCC board. Here's one of our latest addition to the Valkyrie Stable.I purchased this one from Mark & Pat Croft. It has 90,000 miles on it, but it is in Excellent Condition. I had to get rid of the Hat Box that TJ adored so much, LOL,and added a few touches of my own.

This is a picture of it when I purchased it.It had an Interstate seat and backrest on it, along with a Home-made Hat Box on the back.

Terry, isn't that the Green/Silver on the far end? Nice ride there Bert. You guys remind me of a woman's shoe rack loaded with a couple dozen pairs of shoes. Twenty four pairs of shoes and only two feet. I used to tease Rita about it and she told me a pair to match each outfit. I told her she didn't have that many outfits. Her answer; "not yet!"   Grin

As for posting pics, I guess I don't understand the problem. I use Photobucket regularly and uploading to it now is a bit different but still quite easy. Then, when I want to load to this forum...still easy. Here's an example, it's Grumpy's next project  Wink --repairing a rust hole in the bottom of my 1200 frame. Have to be careful in how we approach it since the engine hanger is on the opposite side of the frame. I uploaded it last night from my 'puter and sent the Photobucket link to Bill. Just now, I uploaded it to this post.

PS: Rita put the kibosh on the I/S fairing project until this 1200 project is well on its way to completion. I think she's hoping I'll lose interest in it by then(the fairing). So in the mean time, it takes up space unless someone else wants it.

Terry I sold the Green/Silver about two months ago to Joel, the guy that was riding the Purple /White standard when we went on that ride to Essex Seafood.
He wanted another Interstate and I had one at the right price. After selling the Green/Silver one I saw Mark posted his Standard on Craig's list and I purchased it and put another set of Carb's on it and changed the seat and removed that Box/Rack on the back and  cleaned it up a bit.

Hey John,The one on the far end is my Black Interstate, the one I had Front Brake trouble with on our Leesburg Ride in April.
As far as Pictures ,well I have had some trouble with my Computer not letting me access my Administrative Priviledges, not letting me make changes that Photobucket asked me to make after they changed some of their Format. I am able to Post Pic's now.

I look at it like this about owning Valkyrie's, as long as I have at least one that I can Ride, I will be happy. But there is nothing wrong with owning a Heard of them in my Book,as long as they are Affordable, and I can get my Money out of them when the time comes to sell one. When I sell one after cleaning and fixing them, I make a New Valkyrie Owner Happy, and make myself a few Dollars, therefore I'm Happy.

Can't argue that Bert, I'd do the same thing if possible. I've actually looked at building one from the ground up. I'm thinking about doing just that after I get the 1200 up and running. That's assuming I won't have to begin sleeping alone if I start another project.  Grin

I understand, sometimes my S/O doesn't think that buying another Valkyrie is a good idea either, until I show what I can do to improve it and make  a little more $ than I have spent. I like tinkering with them and adding some TLC to some of the ones that have been less cared for. It's like Recycling, I buy them, Fix them, Ride them, and sometimes find a new owner for them. To me this is a Win -Win  situation, It keeps me busy doing what I like to do , makes me a little money, and gets another Valkyrie back on the road for someone to enjoy.

Great new addition Bert. Your a Valkyrie recycler!! cooldude Nothing wrong with that my friend. I believe last time we met in Palatka, y'all were contemplating selling Sherri's 'Bee. Or at least getting some quieter pipes on it!!  Grin

We have thought about selling Sherrie's BumbleBee but not sure now as she has been getting some needed Medical attention. Hopefully she will feel more like riding it in a few weeks when she heals up and the Weather cools Down a little. As for the Pipes,I think that she has grown to like those Loud Pipes because they Draw Attention, but she says that she likes them because they make people more Aware of Her when she rides.
