I am working on my throttle and was wondering if anybody knows the length of the throttle cable on a 1999 I/S.

Also if you have added bar risers (or not) what size cable did you buy, what and where?

Thanks

Can't tell you length without trying to find them. With the TBR triple clamp and LaMont riser's I put on 3" longer cables [ 2" would have worked fine also]. The originals did fit by re-routing them, but, I didn't like it.

Just measured a spare cable in my parts stash.  From the engine end to the middle of the curve on the throttle end is 37.5 inches the entire cable is just over 42 inches long.

Thanks for the measurements.  I will check this out tomorrow and see what I can do.
