Finally bit the bullet this evening, hopped on the bike and went north on 301, turned south at Wildwood and took the interstate back home.  Around 160 miles, felt great. I really needed that. Some times just need some wind to clear out the mind.  Cheesy

Did the same thing Sunday.
Took off early from work on Monday & did all the things that I had thought about on the ride.  cooldude

I didn't go quite that far, took the bike to the gym. Had a good workout and then headed home. It's only 4.5 miles to the house, for some reason it took me 45 min. to get there. Was hot but as long as I was moving it was tolerable. Funny how that works for sure...short distance, takes a long time to get there when on the bike. Come on cooler weather, I've seen a lot of riders in shorts while riding, that's something I'll never do.

I don't quite know what possessed  me, been pulling hair with the web site. Went out in the shop, just going to start the bike and run it a bit to keep things circulating. Stood there looking at, grabbed the helmet and lit out. Did not even tell  the wife I was leaving, hit 301 felt good, couple showers had passed through so it was cool. I just kept heading north. Got back and got one of those looks from the wife, like where the he#$ did you go ?. I needed that, cleared my brain up for a while.

I have also been needing a good ride to clear the head also. I went for a 90 mile ride on Tuesday and took another 100 or so mile ride today. I had to duck  a few showers today but it was well worth the Clearing of the mind.
