Beer Bourbon and Brisket will be a belly-full of fun for all to come out and enjoy at the Panther Island Pavilion in Ft. Worth– along the Trinity River. This shindig of a good time will pay respects to the BBQ-ing ways of Texas and to the developing craft beer and spirits scene here in the Lone Star State. 

Also, for those that are 21+, grab yourself a ticket for the craft and bourbon sampling tent - which will feature some of the best local and regional breweries and distilleries around.

I'm not a bourbon guy, but I am intrigued by the whole Texas spirits thing.  And, of course, a good micro brew tasting is always fun.  Brisket?  Did somebody say brisket?  Weather permitting, this sounds like it could be a really good time.
