Denise and I were downtown and in Bellaire on tuesday. Got home and the next day rear tire was flat. It had a nail in it from a constrution zone in it

I live near there, have a Red and Black '99 Interstate it might have been me... I had Jury duty that day and got off about noon...

Yes, it was about noon
Close to Gummert Rd, about 5 miles from entering I10
