Well my wife IS in Vegas and some of those ARE her intials but I don't think she can reach that high. Maybe she had the grandkids boost her up a bit?

It doesn't really look like RHonda's handwriting, but she could have been a little unsteady balancing atop the junior pyramid.

Cameras didn't help Reginald Denny.  If the people are apathetic and the system is corrupt or ineffectual, cameras and courts are a waste of time and money. Their Crimestoppers payouts are probably more effective.

An English friend tells me there's a camera on every corner in London. I haven't heard that they are crime free.
