I got this from the Southnern Cruiser site. The link is to a site where you can make a emergency medical card to carry in your wallet. Once you print it out, you can laminate it if you want. Even if you don't use this site to generate something in your walled, you should carry this information with you (behind your driverse license, because that is the first thing that they look for in case of emergency to identify you). It is not supposed to generate any spam, just information for your benefit.
