To Sherrie and Jerry, Doug and Bill, a hearty thanks and an apology for waking you up early a few days ago. Repairs went real well and I was done by noon and back on down the road. Hard to believe I made it 300 miles on a bad bearing.

10 days out and 2,200 miles and I'm thankful to have found a bike shop who would pull an ATV off their lift and let me work at getting fixed and going again. After being a GWRRA member for 15 years, mainly for towing and such, I've been involved with broken down scooters quite often, just never my own. It's good to have a group of kindred souls who share he same passion for the fat girl. I've observed you folks always willing and able to help. I've observed, without fail, Harley shops do whatever it takes to get a touring bike and rider back out on the road. I wish I could say the same about most Honda dealerships.

At 3 times, I've watched Honda stealers basically tell a broken down rider to go pi$$ off; we'll get to you when we're good and ready. The Honda dealer in Dublin, GA told me as much. It was after stumbling upon Paul's cycles, right down the road from our motel, an independent shop that works on everything and anything that we got going again. And, thanks again to you 4 for your assistance.
