I will direct you to Rocketmans post here.. http://www.valkyrieforum.com/bbs/index.php/topic,61034.0.html .  But to answer your question, whenever you want probably at the Peach Tree.  People will be showing up all day I'm sure so there will be lots of lolygagin around.  The dinner itself is at 730, so at least by 7pm I would say if you want a specific time.

Yes, pretty much anytime.  Folks will be trickling in all day, so stop by whenever you arrive and are ready to do so.
