Hey, James III,  We did some shopping at one of those stores over there and spent around $200.00 bucks buying things for loved ones.  When we got home our bag was switched and needless to say the most expensive item purchased was missing.  No more store shopping at those places for us! It is sad to be done that way, and I feel for ya!  Thanks for posting a few pic's for us. Angry

Wow Sherrie, So I'm not alone on the rip off! Hate to hear this.  The vender took my purchases and fumbled under the display table longer than expected or needed, I thought at the time that was strange, just to bag a few shirts. I should have rechecked my purchases at the time.
I too made the purchases for a couple of friends and one for my son. The worst part is I have shirts that I wouldn't even use for rags now. Had not been to Daytona in quite a few years and it will be quite a few more years if ever I return again. Like I said in my other post....typical Daytona. Been to a lot of bike events over the last 35+ years, met many great folks, never been or felt stolen from like that. Hope Inzane is never there; I wouldn't attend. I'm sure we were not alone in their scams.

Guess I should have said something re. the bait/switch problem. I've been aware of that for a few years now, actually had a guy take a swing at me from behind the counter when I questioned him. That was at least 20 yrs. ago so that lets you know it's nothing new. As for the guy that took a swing, he got a free nose job....compliments of the top of his counter. Grabbed his greasy hair with both hands and the counter jumped up and hit him in the face. After literally rubbing his nose in it for a few seconds, I left and all the customers milling around did likewise. Wasn't long before he folded his tent and left, seems word gets around rather quick on Main St.  cooldude

The problem with buying shirts and merchandise in Daytona is that the most of the Vendors are from the T-Shirt and Bathing Suit shop on the Very North -East end of Main Street. These are the ones that Continuously Rip people off. They are Brazilian or some other nationality and I turn and walk away when I see any of them at a Sales Booth or Tent. It is a shame that our government gives these people all kinds of money to be in business and they continue to Rip Off the customers.

Lesa and I bought shirts over at Destination Daytona and at the Speedway. Both of those places were good to deal with.
Would write a letter to the Daytona Chamber of Commerce and let them know about the bad experiences.
