I will probably pass, don't like crowds, especially crowds that drink and ride.

Obviously, not all do, but enough practice the behavior to make me very leery

my son and his wife will have a small t shirt shop there.   When signing up for the booth my son asked why they have the rally same day as opening of deer season.   The guy told him that they did that on purpose.   Said they picked that day for the rally to help control the crowds numbers.  Said if all the deer hunters with bikes came too there would be too many for Galveston to accomodate the crowds.........I'm a deer hunter and I will be going deer hunting instead of going to the rally.  Otherwise I would have rode to the rally.    Guess their thoughts were correct.    Don't know if what the guy said is true but my son said he sounded sincere when the guy told him that.

I'll do my best to help all motorcycle riders in the Austin,  Georgetown, Jerrell Texas area and try to put my two grandsons onto some deer this weekend.....no telling how many motorcyclists lives we may save.

Is your son going to have a t-shirt booth on the Strand portion of the event?  If so, what is the theme or name of their shop?  Might have to buy my t-shirt from them this year.
Oh, and thanks for taking some targets out of the woods.  We saw 4 of them on the morning ride during the Texas Ride In.  2 of them crossed the road in front of me, but not close enough to be dangerous.  Maybe it is because I laid on the air horn and scared them too.  Smiley

Didn't mean for this to be an advertisement but since ya asked their shop is labeled
"Grafically Yours" and will be betweenThe Crabshack and Willie G's and right next to Easy Rider Trailer.
