Well I ordered the Dan-Mark fuel shut off valve so the next owner will never have hydrolock problems. Should have the carbs back in Monday or Tuesday. Then I start going from front to back going over everything and changing all fluids. I will also remove the rear wheel and check the final drive and shaft.
Someone is going to get a nice bike!

Hey Dave, did you use the red eye shiney desmog kit or do it with freeze plugs? And which Dan-Marc did you use, the one with the filter or without? Rob

I use the freeze plug method, it's alot cheaper and works for me well. I use the Dan-Marc without the filter and put a filter in line with it. Still waiting for delivery for mine.

The filter I use is a Wix no. 33049 and replace the T in the fuel line with a brass one and replace all clamps with the screw type.
Got the carbs back in the bike today and have to do a few more things before starting her. I also had to replace one  of the throttle cables and a slow jet that was broken by someone.

I see a test ride in the near future.  Where are we going on the next ride Dave, Death Valley?  Looks like a nice bike for someone.
