First Sunday of the month brings in the Webster Bike Flea market. Been going just about every month for years just for the ride. Actually don't remember ever buying anything there but never know when that special part shows up. I have been looking for a set of Rick Doss combination spot/turn signal lights for at least 10 years. They were sold on a light bar as well as individually a long time ago.

I mapped out a new route that I'm going to try. Quite a bit longer but I'm out for the riding! I'll be at Spring Lake Hess at nine am. Also going to try to swing back to the west side of the coast for the bar/band event in Dunedin. Should be a full day of riding and adventure!

I did not know about that.  I have to drop my wife and grand daughter off in Wildwood tomorrow for Girl Scouts.  I was trying to find something to do until 4:00pm when I pick them up.  I guess I'll check out Webster.  Is it the same place as the Monday flea market?  Thanks

Met up with Billyboy at Sun Lake Hess just after nine am as he was on his way in Bert's direction. I headed north toward Webster. Missed a turn I guess and did about five miles on Croom rd.....didn't know it becomes a dirt road and then back to pavement. It wasn't that bad. The temps dropped quite a bit heading northward; shoulda wore my chaps. A big gathering at the Webster flea, chatted with a few folks and headed out just after noon. Another new route took me way the heck to nowhere and then to usless 19 in a massive fog bank and slow traffic all the way to main street in Dunedin to Bauser's for some more entertainment. The band was just getting going when I figured I better head toward home. The fog was starting to really roll in and the temps felt like they were falling again. Nice place, very well staffed for the event and plenty of outdoor seating, tables, food and drink as well as plenty of parking.  A mile east of Bauser's the fog was gone and the temps came back into a nice riding range. Got home about 5:30, rode just at two hundred miles total. For me a great day of riding!!!

James it does get a little cooler up our way.  Smiley  I rode with some local friends yesterday and the day before.  About 150 miles on Friday and the sun was out, so not too bad but yesterday we did 214 miles over to Palatka and then down South  to Seville and Highway 40 through Astor.  Took forest road 11 through the Ocala National Forest and had to wait for a bear to cross the road.  Back roads most of the way, nice ride but wore my cold weather gear all day as it was overcast all day.

Hey James what color was your bike? I had to run back to the house and I seen a Valk parking across the street on my way out?

Bronxboy,
We'll call it jade and black.
That was me just pulling in when you left. Sorry I couldn't stay too long to meet you as I had to head back toward my neck of the woods. Nice looking black Valk you have!
Congratulations to Bauser's,  2nd anniversary!
