I've got some used Progressive 440s and like them but noticed the right one is leaking and the bushings are pretty much shot.  I'm considering 13" 444s.  Has anyone put enough miles on a set of these to give me any feedback on them, one way or the other?

If you have receipt for 440s, they should replace or repair.  I have 440s.

You may want to check with Progressive before you order 444's for your Valk.  I was considering ordering 444's and noticed that some of the online retailers listed 444's for the Valk but the Progressive website did not.  I called Progressive and the tech told me that the 444's will not work on the Valk due to the upper eyelet design of the 444.  I explained that the online retailers were listing 444's for the Valk and he again said they will not work.

I also asked the Progressive tech if there was going to be a redesign of the upper eyelet so that the 444's would be able to work on the Valk and he said no.  I wound up finding a set of NOS 440's that I bought for my Interstate.

Thanks guys, unfortunately I wasn't the original owner of the 440s and don't have the receipt.  Gunner, you may have saved me a headache there.

even if not under warranty it still might be cost effective to send the 440s back to Progressive for a rebuild....I'd ask customer service how much $$ to recondition and repair your old shocks.

So you are currently riding on 444s with no problems?
