DFW Dinner Meeting Thursday, December 12

How about a little Christmas party?

Last year we did a gift exchange, which I think we should repeat.  Each of y'all bring a little something (worth $10 or so) and we'll pass 'em around.

Tilted Kilt had a good room and good food last month, we just didn't make a good showing.  I'm going to suggest we either go back to Tilted Kilt or to Fuddrucker's in Grapevine.

Vote your location preference and indicate headcount.  I don't want to tell the restaurant 20 and have 8 show. (In November, the waitress stayed  a 2nd shift to work the "big" party.)

Fuddrucker's.  I'd be embarrased to go back to Tilted Kilt after the poor showing last month.  Fuddrucker's has no waitress losing money on us.

1) Apparently , we were.  Or they simply closed when they heard we were trying to come back.
2) Lots.  A lot of Capps, some old, ugly guys, some pretty girls, etc.  I think I counted 21, but I'm pretty much limited to an accurate number of 10 with my shoes on.  Les was the only rider - everyone else caged.
3) The food was Joe's Crab Shack.  I liked mine.  Didn't see a lot of empty plates.
4) Oh, you know.  The monthly meeting.  Gift exchange was the highlight, plus talking about PlaneCrazyGirl's new trike.
5) Next ride is the New Year's Day ride, also known as the Polar Bear ride or the Solar Bear Ride (depends on the weather).  Valkpilot will post when he figures out where he's going.
