Was lookin at da valk n' the diminutive radiator, made me think.    coolsmiley

How,, can a 1520 cc motor get by,,,, with it being so small?

A car of similar displacement has a much larger,,, one.

I know A/C usage would require a larger one,, but what else?

Seems hardly adequate, then add to dat,, the fan barely ever runs,,   Cheesy

But somehow it,,,,,,,,,,, ''works''....    Shocked

They go so fast there is plenty of wind to cool it.

They don't make noise because we go faster than the speed of sound.

Varooom!!!!!!

That should take away your doubts, shouldn't it? Keep in mind that a car with similar CC's isn't sticking out in the wind as it goes down the road. If everything is set up right, you get a goodly amount of airflow through the radiator and over the front of the engine, as well as across the heads sticking out on each side. It all works together and kept in check with a fairly high flow thermostat. You'll find the fan comes on more in the summer down here, especially in traffic. If it's coming on now in cooler weather I'd be surprised.

Plus the Valkyrie engine is designed with so much excess cooling ability that I rode mine around for some time with a leaky hose and no coolant and it's still fine.
