Has anyone noticed that Valkyrie riders seem to be more mature, in age, riders!  We seem to be in the 50 plus age group.  Why is that?  Are there any forum members under age 40?

You may want to do  search of the site.
I think a survey was done that may answer your question.

The overall average age of Valkyrie owners I believe was determined to be in the 50's according to some polls. However, there are quite a few that are well below that, some are in their 30's & 20's. That proves those members are of a higher intellect.  2funny

It's we members of the Geezer Brigade that bring the average up. There's quite a few of us in their late 60's to as high as 85(my friend Wayne, i.e., Solo1). There's RJ(Russ) in his 80's, a number well into their 70's(myself included), and a large group in their late 60's(Grumpy). And believe it or not, you'll find most still ride although not as far in one sitting.

Well, fer me it just,,,, was time    ???

Between the arthritis and the replacement hip I could no longer ride my ZX12R more than 30 - 40 miles without a lot of pain.

Dat bike has 175 RWHP. closest I could come to dat,, in a comfortable bike, was,,,, da Valk.   cooldude

So it was a no brainer fer me.. N' prolly for a few other,,, of us old farts...   coolsmiley

Then there are the real older ones who trade the wonderful Interstate for a trike, to keep on riding

Good thing my girlfriend shares and enjoys motorcycle riding, fishing, and boating as much as I do.
Hope she never grows up !

Smiley I was once 64 but, after the Valks and the Wings, I am now like Benjamin Buttons.  This week I went from 12 to 4 in a flash!  Cheesy Wink
