Dag,

Too bad you aren't taking a trek through Hungary. I will be working there (near Hodmezovasarhely) (close to Szeged) for the next few months on a 30 -15 schedule. You have my number, so if your plans change and you get in that area, call me. Best of Luck and Ride Safely!

The Alps should be awesome. Been watching the Tour de France some. Great roads and scenery. Thor was on it today.

Great photos Dag, thanks for sharing your ride with us!!  I noticed that you were on the Autobahn...I am curious what was your highest speed on that world famous highway?

As always, Dag, nice work.  That was one very TALL bridge.  Also looked like you had good weather most days except for the 15 minutes of hard rain you talked about.  One day, I too will take a trip like that...  Glad you are back home safely.

Picture named "Just past Riza", is that a bridge that goes out into the water, or a fishing pier, or what?

Jim

Jim, (I didn`t see your question until now...)
My highest speed was 192 KM/H (119mph) according to the GPS At this speed the speedometer is close to 10% too high.
I could not read the speedometer because of the shaking and the rear end "dancing".
At speed 100 mph + the rear end starts with slow lateral movements (General Altimax CT)
