Bradvalk has it right. The guys buying these impractical bikes were the kids with no friends in school. They were not in the cool kid ranks. Probably nerds, but hey they got the money now. Why not blow a couple hundred grand on a bike that I can just look at. If I had money id buy a valk or 10 and customize them to the brim.

It's a V-twinkie... you don't have to see that well in front of you.  You're not going to go that fast anyway...  2funny   2funny

I used to watch them build them bikes on TV.    Some of their welds are a worthless piece of sheet.    The brakes are not all that safe, most of them are too small a rotor.

I wouldn't ride it around the block unless it was tied down on a trailer like  they used to do to film CHIPS.     Pancho  only rode 1 bike and he crashed it in 90 feet.

The Director and several of us consultants recommended he either get kicked off the show as he would not be allowed to actually ride in any scene.   I rode for him in a couple of shows.   We'd stop, Cameras would shut down, I'd change places with him and he'd get astraddle and Cameras would roll again.   Get ready to move and the same procedure, halt camera, change positions and roll cameras.

Only way you would see him on a bike, was if it was on the trailer in motion and standing still in a non moving scene.    His partner was a very good bike rider.   He had ridden bikes since he was about 5 or 6 years old.

Just my opinion but, I have to assume that bike was built to be a piece of art and not a rider.    If that was the intent then I think it was successful.   Might be alright for a parade but, with that air cooled V Twin, it's gonna overheat if that parade isn't moving a decent speed.   Pretty impractical but as someone else said, those who have the money don't always care about that.

It's unique but that won't get it any garage space at my place.   Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.   It's just not my idea of beauty nor is it my idea of something I'd ride.  But, not many on this board would want it.   Even if (and I know this would not occur on OCC) they had used our dragon motor, it would still not be a bike I'd want.

That motor could be hollow. Just a chromed plastic model of one.
Those horns on the tank are really moronic.
Safety third, I allways say.
