Has anyone used
www.carbonpartz.net
for replacements on exhausts. I have a fading 2 bros and would really like to update to some of the great colors they offer. Thx. It's hard to just trust a web site, but it sure looks good and the price is right

I feel that carbon fiber & resin is not durable for exhaust components.

Really? It is durable enough for exhaust heatshields on indy cars and I know indy cars run much hotter than our valks.

Are you thinking of buying tubes and putting them over your exhaust or replacing the tube itself? How about buying a sheet and wrapping your exhaust and then apply your resin to it? Mine are fading a little but I am thinking of a fine sanding and clear coating them.

I was just checking out vinyl carbon fiber wrapping. That may be an inexpensive alternative. Many colors and if you dont like it, take it off.

They offer new carbon fiber replacement canister in 12 colors. Only $100 each, but would feel better if I knew more about them

Novel idea! I'll be curious how it turns out if you go forward.

I wonder how often those parts on an indy car,,,, get, replaced???
That said, I've had several carbon fiber cans, and never had any issues with em.
