Took a few photos of my "new" 1999 Honda Valkyrie.

I have a set of Viking Bags in the garage to put on today and a new windshield on order.  She is starting to take shape.

On a side note, previous owner got a small dent and scratch on the front fender.  Anyone have tips on who is good with reasonable rates to take care of this?

If you are interested I have posted the story on how me and the Valkyrie met on RiderGroups.

You can try Jerry McAdams:

Fort Worth Auto Body
215 N Grants Ln, Fort Worth, TX 76108(817) 246-0821

Jerry owns two valkyries and painted my Interstate at a reasonable price.

Give him a call.    cooldude

Nice looking, don't let it stay on that ramp, ride it.

Having just ran a search for a replacement fender I know where you can get a new one for a crazy low price, it'll come primered, you can get it painted instead and have a nice rounded front tip.  PM me if interested.

Nice article, Kevin.

It does appear you are under the spell of the Phatt Lady.  Mine only has 85K on the odometer but I hope to spin that up a lot more this year.

Not a harley wanna' be, very reliable, smooth ride, immense power and good handling.  Can't think of anything I've ever ridden that has been as satisfying as the classic Valkyrie.

Jerry repaired/painted several parts on one of my interstates.  Good work and good prices.  Buy that fender from Houdini and have him paint it.

Kevin,

Crazing of the stock windshield is a common issue.  Clearview makes an OEM replacement: http://www.clearviewshields.com/motorcycle-windshield/honda/valkyrie-std-tourer-shields/
