Can anyone tell me if the Rivco Centerstand takes the place of the kickstand or can they both be attached at the same time?

Yes, you can have both attached at the same time.  The Rivco Centerstand bolts underneath (or on top of...depending on your point of view) the kickstand bracket.

This is great info. Thank you. After looking at the installed photos, will the Kury or Cobra passenger boards work OK?

Actually...it don't work very well with floorboards.  The arm is too long and will hit the floorboard before the stand is fully up.  This means that the stand may scrape when riding aggressively.  Trust me on this...that is a feeling you never get used to...which is the main reason why I don't have a Rivco stand on my bike any longer.  Now...I did have the arm cut down so it would fit under the floorboard when fully up which made the bike harder to put up on the stand but being a full-sized guy, I was able to wrestle it up still.  JHMO...

While your info is pretty accurate, Joe...there is a way to get around it. I have the Kury passenger boards on my Interstate with the Rivco and I had to order the inch and a half offset mount to get it to work. It moved the floorboard forward just enough so that the centerstand peg comes up behind it. If I had to do it over again, I would have gone with a slightly longer offset yet.
My bike is at my daughter's house for the winter, but this pic shows the arm of the Rivco setting behind and unobstructed by the floorboard-although with the inch and a half offset, the floorboard slant helps it clear.

Just for what it's worth, my previous bike was an '83 Goldwing, which of course had a centerstand.  I liked it & added the Rivco to my Valkyrie.  The Rivco is much harder to use than the old Goldwing factory model.  It's great for oil changes, cleaning the bike, & maintenance stuff, but for general parking lot use, it's just too much effort.  But then my pants size inseam is 29", so that's a lot of it.  I have to lay a couple of 2 x 4 blocks on the floor to put my feet on to roll off the stand.
