Um boom ba Bay Um boom ba Bay Ba Ba Boom Ba Be Be

« on: February 01, 2014, 12:43:41 PM »

Sue and myself left Titusville this morning at 8 to meet up with everyone at Dennies for breaky. Caught some rain and fog along the way but nothing out of the ordinary. My Harley buddies back home would of backed out but Sue and myself have ridden in rain, sleet, snow and just crap weather. Get to Dennies at 9 and have breaky. For Dennies, it was OK. I don't like the chain , here or home. After breaky we waited for an hour and nobody showed up or left any messages. Tried calling MP but no answer either. Was really looking forward to meeting everyone. Even brought some of my "Swag" to give away. Waited enough and left. Afew drops in Orlando but hit sunshine half way home. Didn't go to Avon Park because I thought if no one went to Dennies, was not going 50 miles to find the same thing.
Rode around Coco Beach and then hit the Space Coast Harley dealership who were having a bike and rod show. Was way more interested in the rods than bikes. Some pics.

Hopefully we can meet up and ride with some VRCCers next year.

Hey MP Got about the same miles in today as well. Made my day when we were leaving Dennies and the manager asked if we were on a Valkyrie, said yes and he replied that they are great bikes. Saw a red and black I/S trike going south on 95 near Melbourne.
My two sons both will be shovelling driveways tonight and tomorrow. Not bad to be riding here, even if alittle damp.

Sorry for standing you up Adrian. We girlie, sissy, fair weather Roll Eyes Orlando folks all backed out due to the rain and fog. We posted it on the board but you had already hit the road. My sincere apologies and hope to meet up with you next year.  Glad you had a good ride any way.

Hello Adrian,

Sorry your day ended up like that. I had not planned on going due to family obligations today. So... I'm glad I got to spend some time with Sue and you last Saturday. Also great to have met MP and admired his sidecar rig.

Hope you and Sue have a safe trip home. Send me a PM next year before you come down so we can plan on spending some time you and Sue. I had a busy week with having to take care of the car after what happened to Viv last Saturday. Plus the weather was really awful this past week. Glad you had a good day today, and hope you have a good trip back up to the frozen Tundra.
