Just got a 99 Valkyrie Interstate and trying to get it ready to ride.    I've been working on getting the radio working ( for some reason the antenna lead and speaker wires were all cut)   With that fixed I trying to figure out the intercom setup.  The connections coming from the radio have 13 pins in them with the #13P-P and #13-P-J on the covers.  Now I need to know what I need to plug into them that would bring them out far enough to be able to plug the headset cords in.   Any answers would be a great help.

Call J&M in Tucson. They probably have the cords you need.

I think you are saying that the leads from the 13 pin connectors, to the actual 5 pin OEM intercom connector, is missing.

I guess the real problem is not knowing what each connection or wire is for.  I'm now wondering if the 13 pin connectors are for the intercom or to hook up a CB.  There is another wire bundle that has one red square connector and then there are some spliced wires that I'm starting to wonder if there was another but was removed for the same unknown reason that the speakers wires and antenna lead were cut.

The link above, and this one for the main wire harness.

You need to turn the radio around, and plug it into the wire harness. Then try to figure out which leads are for know items, like the front head lights, turn signals, rear lights. Some components plug into other electrical items that are listed with the main wire harness. Then try to locate the connectors for the intercom leads radio link.

Then there is the good old fashion schematic, which will show you the color of the wires, and the # of pins in each connector. You can get that in any one of the manuals for the bike.
