I keep seeing references to the H4.  Does the I/S use that?  If not what configuration does it use?

Yes the interstate uses the H4 Headlight bulb (2 ea), I believe stock is 45/45, I'd go with the 60/55 and you won't have any problems. Go to the auto parts store and buy them, much cheaper than Honda, just cut off the two bottom tabs and put them in, you don't need any special rings or anything like that.
