Show Chrome Receiver Hitch

Has anyone every seen or heard anything about a show chrome receiver hitch.  They are on ebay but they said that they can not send me any pictures of the hitch for the interstate.  They show the same picture for every model that they sell.  I have rails and a fender extension on my bike and I do not want to remove either of them from my bike.  Just want to know if this hitch can work for me, and they do not answer the question.

you'll be removing the fender extension for any hitch that i can think of. and probably the tube between the side rails will have to be extended.
