Springer Fork on Valkyrie?
«

Has anyone ever tried to put a springer fork set on a Valkyrie? I've always thought springer front ends on big bikes looked pretty cool. Or maybe the Valkyrie is too heavy of a bike to put one on?

Springers are for old bikes and Choppers.
The Valkyrie is neither,.....but you're free to do as you wish.
The Valk has an inverted fork.
Such as what you'd find on modern sport bikes and other neo-motorcycles. (2014 Valkyrie not included)

I had a springer HD. It was cool, but not high performance.

It'd be like putting a flathead V8 into a Porsche. WHY???
You'd also make it a bike you'd have to throw away when you didn't want it anymore. No one would buy it.

Springers may look cool, but the suspension certainly inferior to good working forks/springs (and can be downright brutal).

The Valkyrie Rune is a springer
or has no one noticed.

Quite a while ago, someone posted a photo of a standard with a Springer Fork from a Rune.
I don't remember who it was.
