No good deed goes unpunished

Central New York State

Just got the red and cream started for the first time since last year. It seems to be smoking on the right side. Light bluish smoke. I stored it with very little gas and ran Seafoam though it before storing.

Should I try running more seafoam or is this an indication of a deeper trouble?

It's not smoking on the left side, see video

I'd dump a bottle of Techron in it with a freash tank of gas and go for a ride.

Keep it under 2000 rpm as much as possible and run the tank out.

You'll probably be good to go after that.

Bluish smoke is usually an oil issue, gas issues are usually black or dark gray. Add a couple ounces of "Marvel Mystery Oil" to your gas and about 4-5 ounces to the engine oil and ride it for a few miles, not around the block. My bet is it will stop smoking.
Don't forget to change oil when you get back.

I would fill it with fresh gas and run a couple of tanks before adding anything else.

Make sure your oil level is not to high maybe a little gas in the oil...could be thinned out, which could make it smoke.

+1 on this one. Don't run it at all until you check the oil level!
