13,500 or so thus far with car formula in an Austone Taxi tire.  Also using m/c formula in Avon Cobra on front.  Pulled all (a sheet load of 'em too) the unsightly lead weights off the rims.  Balanced "automatically".  So far, so  cooldude

I know I will take Sh?! Over this but why would you ride a plugged tire on a motorcycle? My life to me is worth more than the $275 for a new one. Just my opinion and may only be worth what you paid for it but there it is.

I've finished 2 different rear tires on a 85 Goldwing Aspencade. I won't do it on front tires but feel safe with the rears.

Why not the front too?

My thoughts exactly a blow out on a bike front or back at hiway speed would not be good.

Just scares me to think of the possible loss of handling. Riding next to a friend on HD's many years ago and his rear blew as we entered a long sweeping curve. He went straight through a shallow ditch and stopped when his front tire hit a plowed field. I pulled up to the ditch and he was still sitting on the bike saying I couldn't turn it glad it wasn't the front that blew Smiley.  I'll never forget what happened entering that curve.
I've had one flat while riding in 47 years that was in a tube tire.

'' Why would you ride a plugged tire on a motorcycle?''

Well, I've been riding for 50 years n' have always plugged my tires, with no negative results, other than some of the plugs leaking. (Hence the original question)

Both front, n' rear. At one point I had 3 of em in my rear tire on a Gpz750 turbo bike dat ran 24psi of boost.

In the past however, I have never had a bike as heavy, as this one.   Shocked

I'm about to take a week long bike trip up to north Georgia with my son, n' a friend, n' was wanting to be as sure as possible to avoid tire problems while away from home.

The video for this product looks,,, like it will sort that possibility,, pretty well...   coolsmiley
