I had seen a picture go by of someones bike at one time that had a set of rails on the rear fender where the passenger seat would be along with bag top rails.  I am wondering where the fender rails/luggage carriers come from.

If the following are like what you are referring,

They came from Rivco with the center stand, left one did, you had to buy the right one separate.

I'll have to look and see if I still have these.   I took them off when I triked MGM out.

Here's a suggestion, get a trunk mount for an 1100 Wing and cut it down in length. Cut all the stuff off the bottom, weld an "L" shaped piece underneath that bolts to the sissy bar mount. Get a couple pieces to support the front...mine are mirror extentions for a semi truck cab. Removes in minutes with six small bolts. One problem...the bag lids will just barely clear it and if you have a wide piece of luggage, won't work for you. I also have the rails RJ is talking about, very handy for tying stuff down.

RJ   those are not what I was talking about,,, but I surely would like to get my hands on a set. I am looking to build something to be able to get a handhold on the bike to move it around.  I would like to install a reverse from the 1500 wing,, but that is a way off into the future,, at least next winter.

Stuffy    That is a good looking rig you get there,   nice work,,,but what I am looking for is a set I saw that matched the contour of the fender. I am thinking of getting a set of luggage racks from Tsukayu for my Jumbo Strongs,      http://www.tsukayu.com/JumboStrong.html         and would like to match that on the fender so I can carry some stuff across there when traveling withing installing a trunk.   I saw a picture of someones bike that had a rig like that set up on it.

I just saw it,, it is Toledo Marks bike....  I PMed him to ask.

Ponch, the (Showchrome/BigBikeParts ?) Solo Rack made to bolt where the rear pillion goes has been out of production (and hard to come by and expensive when you do) for some time.  I'm holding on to mine.  Someone has modified a (still available at reasonable price, but they come in pairs) small bag rack to use for a solo rack, and that post is on here somewhere.

This:

Most of us supervalk (IS) guys have one, as the whole purpose is to make it a solo bike.  It is a good hand hold but the bag rails are better/stronger (if you have them). You can just see the forward/tall part of the bag rail peeking out between the seat and bag.

Pancho, I have the rack that Jess is showing as well as a "Solo Cruiser Bar" (the original one) and a Hondaline luggage rack that bolts to the OEM sissy bar. I recently got rid of the Valk & don't need these anymore. I won't deplete your bank account either. PM me if interested.

While shopping, you may also like his cruiser bar, below the solo rack.  Probably a more functional/stronger handhold.  (As an interstate owner, I do not know how it works with a removed std/tourer sissy bar)

Looks like this:
