My 9 year old daughter is wanting to ride with me on my 2000 Interstate. Problem is, her feet don't reach the passenger pegs. I have the Kuryakyn Dually Iso Pegs on my bike now. Does anyone have any experience with these Kuryakyn Adjustable Offsets? Will they work with my set up, or would I need other adapters?

Does anyone have any they want to sell?   Thanks for your help...

When in doubt, call Kuryakyn directly, get a tech rep, and ask about getting a part that fits the rear valk peg location that moves the pegs up (and make sure it accepts your existing pegs, or if it only accepts male mount pegs).  Then, get a part no, and buy it from aftermarket, not MSRP from Kuryakyn.

Or use redneck engineering and bungee large blocks of wood (or something) on the existing rear pegs.

Depending on size and height, some have made arrangements for a child to put her feet on the hardbags/ bag racks.  Like heavy sox over her shoes, padding the bag lids, or both.

Interstates already have extended riders pegs.

It is a simple matter to get two pieces of metal,

drill some holes, and change the position of the

pegs to your specifications.

The quality of the job will be dependent upon

the effort you are willing to expend.

My solution: 1/4 x 2 flatbar, Std/Tourer passenger pegs above, Interstate passenger pegs below.

Ricky, how can you optimize the final product's efficacy? Will that forethought thing work here too? Roll Eyes

I used these. I used the clamps on another project. I stacked three 1/2 inch washers in the void where the clamp should have been and bolted them up thru the original peg hole. I used the off set to give the wife more leg room because she's 5' 10". If you rotated them up they would raise the pegs for what you need.    http://www.leatherup.com/p/Motorcycle-Footpeg-Accessories/Kuryakyn-Longhorn-Offset-Dually-Highway-Pegs-with-1-1/2in.-Clamps/321127.html

I already have the pegs, just need the offsets. Looks like these would work maybe...

Thanks
