About 11:30 this morning, rider and a passenger. Noticed no helmet, think it was a blue shirt and possibly in shorts(I was moving rather fast and only caught a glimpse). Wonder if it was anyone from here, I know there's 3-4 in the Orlando Metro area that couldn't care less about VRCC. Their loss.
