Ok, I'd like to say that I did use the search button, however I'd like a direct answer from someone that did it....

I have a 99 Interstate and I just bought a tent trailer with a flat 4 pin harness. I started to wire it in and realized that the turn signal wires and brake light wires are separate. So.... How do I do this without wiring a separate wire just for the brakes? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

You need a trailer light converter like the one Tank linked to.  Make sure it is one that takes power directly from the battery rather than overloading the bike's light circuits.

You need a Hoppes 5-4 powered trailer converter. Part # 46255. I have one on each bike. They have worked well for years.
