Just got a 1998 Valk tourer and its a bit of a learning curve.  When I removed the rear wheel it took some effort, didn't just fall off to the left, like I've seen on you tube.  The problem is that the final drive flange has separated from the wheel and is stuck in the  drive, thrust washer on the floor, wheel cant be removed.

This may have been covered before, but I could not find any reference.
Any help would be appreciated, hope to ride out to IZANE and running out of time.

You should be able to pry the flange out. The only thing holding it in there is a rubber o-ring, and probably dried grease. Big screwdriver or small prybar should do the trick cooldude

There's a slot in the bottom of the black ring that goes around the
final drive where you could put some kind of pry bar, big screwdriver
or something...

You might have try to wiggle it back together first if your attempts
thus far have it all wedged up...

And if it continues to be stuck, you slide the axle back through without the caliper and spacer on the left, and again pry apart using the notch in the bottom of the black dust cover around the pumpkin.

Patience grasshopper.  cooldude Grin

Thanks to all for the help.  Slid the axel back in and used a small pry bar,  popped right over.
It's rusted good and I was surprised not to find any sign of grease.  Sliding that axel back in, is the way I will break it down in the future.

You should probably pull the final drive too and check the pinion cup and drive shaft.
