Progressive 430 HD Shocks
«

I was wondering if anyone has any experience/knowledge about these shocks?
Are they as good as the 440's? (They are less expensive, so my common sense says probably not.)
I'm riding an 03 standard, 210lbs, no passenger. Are the 412's good for this application, or do the HD's (430 or 440) take the cake?
Thanks
Bill

I have the 430's on my Standard. I may be the only one here with them. I got them this year. I bought Standard duty, 11.5 inchers. Im only about 180 lbs. The standards work fine for me. As low as my bike sits with the 430's, I never bottom out on a medium setting, even with my wife with me. Love the shocks. Way better looking in my opinion then the 440's and cheaper
