Tour Tank or?

I'm aware of the Tour Tank brand of auxilary fuel tanks and also the available line of belly tanks. However is there any reason a fuel cell such as this would not work or be made to work aesthetics aside?

Thanks

I'm sure it would work but my issue would be that's a lot of weight up high. Assuming it would go on the luggage rack.

I don't see any reason why not. There was a post awhile back from someone (don't remember who) that had mounted a round tank behind the sissy bar. They had posted pics of it too.

Thanks. The Tour Tank (the round one) boasts some kind of special venting I thought might be needed on a MC tank. Four gallons of gas is 25 pounds. Is that really an issue? I ride with my wife occasionally and she weights more than that
Wouldn't use the tank two up.
