Actually, the sticker law was passed in June but doesn't go into effect until Sept 1. It also states that you can not be pulled over just because you aren't wearing a helmet because the insurance stipulation( $10,000 Med Coverage) is STILL THERE! Also the Insurance companies are coming out with a unique card that displays at sight if you have enough med coverage for you and/or passenger because if they aren't wearing a helmet and you don't have medical coverage for a passenger it's on you!

I haven’t looked at the actual law, but according to this article the dollar amount on insurance goes away, you just need proof of insurance.
But, none of that really matters, we all wear helmets all the time…right bnbTom?
