Here's a handful (O.K. maybe more) of pic's taken before, during and after the main ride:

Michael and I heading to meet up early a.m. in Marana (as Jimmy Buffet might say "please don't say Marana if you don't mean it...")

Fearless Leader

The road to Mt Lemmon

After Bubb's Grub stop:

After Safford overnighter:

OEM Stem woes:

Part II - Eastbound to Northern NM:

La Ventana along Hwy 117 - El Malpais National Monument area:

More tire woes:

We made contact with Chuck - F6Banger in ABQ and he came to the rescue with tools and techniques after tow truck drop off. Sorry, no pic's...  Undecided

Finally got to Los Alamos that evening.

Next up, Michaels Car Tire install, front brake pad replacement and unplanned final drive switchout:

While all this was going on, Michael decided to wash his wallet. Please see Michael for recommended temp and wash cycle settings.  Embarrassed

The next day we hit Hwy 4 into the Jemez Mountains with a stop off at the Gilman Tunnels.

Next Stop Sandia Peak (the top of that land mass in front of us) and then a cruise through the town of Wild Hogs' Madrid. Sorry, no pic's. Hopefully Michael, Dave or John will post a pic or two from the top of Sandia Peak. It was a beautiful clear day!!!  cooldude

A quick stop in front of Camel Rock and home again for a nice meal:

The next day Michael decides to skip out on us and we take in the Rio Grande Gorge and a cruise around the Enchanted Circle:

That was about it. I know I got in just over 1,800 miles round trip for the Eastern Arizona Ride portion, with about another 500 or so for the northern NM part.

Dave and John got out of town at a good time, we've had off and on heavy rains loaded with hail since they left.

Had a good visit and nice ride. Thanks again all for another great road trip and it was great meeting you all!

Many more pic's of the trip can be seen by clicking the below link. I'd suggest grabbing your beverage of choice, clicking on the first pic, click on Slide Show and sitting back. Of course some background music would top it off nicely...
