I had been running the LaMonster 6° trigger wheel for many, many years and had no problem finding premium non-ethanol gasoline.

Since my bike is an Interstate, I was anal about using premium gas.

Now that premium non-ethanol is very rare and hard to find I thought that reinstalling the OEM trigger wheel is gonna be a lot easier when it comes to gassing up.

I didn't know what to expect, going back to stock configuration and regular grade non-ethanol but I am pleasantly surprised.

There seems to be no noticeable changes whatsoever.

I put the 6° trigger wheel in the classified's so if you're interested in getting it, you'll see it there.

All I ever found with the aftermarket triggers is hard cold starting and more vibration.

I prefer to file the original to get 2º or 3º advance. But, I don't think that does much.

As usual, sorry I responded. It won't happen again.

That seems to be true with my two interstates; one OE and one 4* Air Lake. (except the 4* bike required high octane to avoid knocking for a long time)

When I first installed the 6° trigger wheel I noticed I did get a little bit better gas mileage.  Now, that doesn't matter much anymore, and running regular grade gasoline was the incentive.  I never experienced any knocking whatsoever, even though it was the 6° wheel.

Big BF made his own 4 degree wheel for my Interstate and it doesn't need premium. I get about 38 mpg on average. Bike runs great.
