A bad map and a long ride in Northern New Mexico!

Monday at about 8:30 P.M I happened to see someone come thru town on a black interstate.

Saw a red and white Valk yesterday filling up in Mineral Wells on the west side of town..

I wonder if either one belonged to someone here?

see ya,

Wasn't me this time. I've gone through Mineral Wells and Jacksboro about 15 times this summer. It's my favorite way to get to Houston from here. I am so tired of the 600 mile commute. I'm flying the next two weekends!!

Slammer...  Jacksboro probably looks about the same.  And Dairyland is still here, I am pretty good friends with the owners.  Had the ribs the other night!!!   And if you remember Herds hamburgers, they are still here and generally get mention in Ride Texas magazine regularly.

Valker....holler next time you come thru... that is a heck of a drive, hopefully it is worth it!  I have family in Fritch, and probably will be heading up there next weekend for a bike benefit at the fire dept.  That 300 miles is sometimes bad enough on the bike when I am in a hurry!!

see ya'll

Usually just blowing through there on the way somewhere. Wish I was going to be here this weekend so we could meet. My Houston jobs were canceled this weekend, so I just changed it to El Paso. Will ride there on Friday and come back Sunday.
