« on: August 04, 2009, 03:39:31 AM »

I went and picked up the parts you posted about last night. I was a pretty good little road trip, but some good parts for a good price. Hard Bags, Hard bag mounts, shocks, rear fender, kickstand assembly, and complete swingarm with wheel final drive and driveshaft. All for $700  cooldude

Nice guy had just Triked his bike a few days ago.

Well this deal was not quite as good as I thought. I feel for the money the bags and mounts were worth it. The splines were worn and rusty.  Cry  I have a good wheel and brake caliper along with the rotor. A spare set of shocks, rear fender section and kickstand assembly.
hind sight being 20/20 i should of pulled the wheel off before I bought it. Is the final worth keeping even though the splines are rusty and worn? The bike was a fairly low mileage 2001, I guess it was just neglected. Oh well the bags and mounts are good  Smiley

hey SHARKEY tat s a great deal .did you take care of the fuel problems you had at inzane ?did rebuilding the pet rooster help ? big BF told me mine was shot. so i rebuilt it with the parts he sold me. turns out there was nothing wrong with the old one after all. he sold one to ENGMENT too and i wonder how many more? that red and cream is sure to look sharp now and you don t have to repaint the bags!  2funny
