I bought a Dan Marc and all the parts . I planned to hook it up to the excessory power plug.
My question is about negative and positive wires. Since the Dan Marc wire is not marked for pos or neg, does it matter which one goes to ?

Nope..
Its a coil, so polarity is not an issue with this device.

No, it is a solenoid, it will work either way.  I would check with an ohm meter,, each lead to the metal case just to make sure.

Yes...the device he is installing is a Solenoid valve controlled by a COIL of wires.

A solenoid is defined as a coil of wire commonly in the form of a long cylinder that when carrying a current resembles a bar magnet so that a moveable core is drawn into the coil when a current flows.

Just like a relay has a COIL... but what ever...
