There is a o'ring kit available for the pilot scrwes of a valkyrie but none of the sellers send to Australia. Just wondering if any one can tell me the correct sizes of the o'rings so that I can purchase them individually.

When you find the size, get them locally in Viton or silicone material. That way they will stand up to gasoline.

no silicone, it is a poor choice for gasoline, Buna-n is oem material Viton is best

I measured the O-rings that I received from Redeye with my Mitutoyo digital calipers. The OD is 0.189" or 4.8 mm. The ID is 0.1045" or 2.65 mm. The cross section is 0.045" or 1.14 mm. Hope this helps.

Could be a little hard to find, my references come up with 1mm or 1.5mm cross section.
The 1 mm has a tolerance of +/- .05 mm which could get it to 1.1
1mm is a German spec.

Since Redeye is apparently closed up i ordered these from McMaster Carr.

19263K546 Metric Viton(R) Fluoroelastomer O-Ring, 1 mm Width, 2.5 mm ID, packs of 25

3.38
per pack

That's $3.38 US.  I asssume they ship overseas? Dunno.  Been around forever, you might even have them there.

Sorry.  Didn't mean that, though I can see that's what I said.  Wasn't sure how fast they were needed.
Personally I'd rather order the whole kit from Redeye, I don't need 25 o-rings, but though our friend in Australia might be able to get ahold of them quicker this way.
