Hi!

Following Hoser's positive comments about his Dunlop American Elite rear tire, I went ahead and purchased one for my Tourer.

Mounting this tire was quite a challenge because the sidewalls are as stiff as a teenager's ... never mind.   Lips Sealed
Of all the motorcycle tires that I have mounted/installed in the past, this has to be the one with the stiffest sidewalls.

However it looks great! I'm anxious to see how it handles/performs.

Your picture, is it on YOUR computer or on the Internet?

Your coputer will not show.    Has to be on the Internet.

I always try to let my tires lay in the sun to warm up for awhile before trying to mount them... It helps make them more flexible.

Looks like a bunch of custom pieces and chrome work on that bike quexpress....  looks goood.   Anyone that can get a good chrome finish down between the fins on a caliper has been doing it for quite awhile and knows how to adjust the voltage and current.

The most expensive things you will purchase, are those things you would not have needed if you had listened and obeyed.

Yes. Most of the time I do ... and left this one in the sun for a long time. Fortunately I had the required tools to complete the job.

The guy who did it explained to me that it was question of adding more anodes in order to get the low spots ... and he did.

Thanks!

What pressure do you run it at on your Valkyrie?
I have been running with 42 PSI in my rear radials for at least 10 years.  I have 42 lbs in this bias ply ... but it might be too much.
Thanks!

I know what you mean about that tire.
The bead was a son of a gun to get over the wheel.
I have gotten great mileage from the set I have. I will have to
replace the front before the rear on this set.

What set are you running and at what pressure (PSI)?
Thanks!
