The windshield on my '98 Tourer has many tiny swirls / scratches that obscure my view at times. Is there anything that I can do about it?

Thanks for any advice...

I'd replace it with a new one, then when you clean it just use an up and down motion instead of circles. Supposedly you wont create all the swirls.
